This Privacy Policy describes how PhaBO Labs LLC (“PhaBO Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the QueueRX platform, website, mobile applications, and temperature monitoring hardware (together, the “Services”).
Account information you provide (name, email address, phone number, pharmacy name and address); operational data you upload or connect to the Services, such as dispensing reports, invoices, inventory records, lot numbers and expiry dates; sensor data transmitted by QueueRX temperature monitoring devices; and usage data such as log files, device identifiers, and interactions with the Services.
We use information to provide and improve the Services, including error checking, inventory reconciliation, recall and discontinuation alerts, temperature compliance reporting, customer support, billing, and service communications. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our detection capabilities.
Where the Services process data that constitutes protected health information under HIPAA, PhaBO Labs acts as a business associate of the pharmacy. Use and disclosure of such information is governed by the business associate agreement executed with your pharmacy, and we process it only as necessary to deliver the Services.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as cloud hosting on AWS), when required by law or regulatory process, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.
The Services are hosted on Amazon Web Services with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal, audit, and regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
